Pongal Celebration at Pushpashrama
Like every year, the Tamil community from Mysore and surrounding areas came together at the Shrine on January 14, 2025 to celebrate Pongal, the vibrant harvest festival deeply rooted in Tamil tradition. The event began with a reverent Eucharistic celebration. This was followed by some cultural festivities and culminated in a communal lunch, where families shared the symbolic Pongal dish. The celebration was a beautiful blend of faith, culture, and togetherness.
