Pushpashrama celebrated universal children's day on November 18th 2012.

Around two hundred children from locality were present for the event. We began with mass at 8.00am celebrated by Fr. Jerry Pilar father from Goa who preached a touching sermon for the modern families. 9.00 to 9.30am Bro. Peter and CCC group conducted prayer service for the children followed by breakfast. Then carmelite brothers conducted 6 games for small and big children at the Infant Jesus shrine varanda. The climax was tug of war (pulling Chinese rope) between boys and girls and boys were the winners. The event came to an end around 12 noon with a concluding dance by all the children. The prizes will be distributed on 25th December at 4pm during 'sadbhavana day' an inter religious dialogue and Christmas gathering in the auditorium of Pushpashrma.
