Divine Mercy Sunday at Pushpashrama
Divine Mercy Sunday was solemnly celebrated with deep devotion and
reverence at Pushpashrama on 12 April 2026. The celebration began at
03:00 pm with Eucharistic adoration, followed by the solemn singing of
the Divine Mercy Chaplet. The faithful were then given the opportunity
to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation, fostering spiritual renewal
and reconciliation with God.
The solemn Eucharistic celebration began at 05:00 pm and was presided
over by Rev Fr Edward S.J. During his reflection, he emphasised the
infinite mercy of God and His continual forgiveness and compassion for
humanity.
The celebration concluded with the distribution of Divine Mercy images
and sweets to all the faithful, bringing the solemn observance to a
meaningful and grace-filled close.
