CELEBRATION OF THE ASSUMPTION AND THE INDEPENDENCE DAY
The Solemn Eucharistic Celebration of the Solemnity of the Assumption was presided over by Fr Lancy Levis. We thanked God for the gift of our country, the independence we have received and all the blessings we have received as the citizens of our beautiful country, and we prayed for the good of all the citizens of our country. After the Eucharistic Celebration, a short Independence Day program was held. Fr Lancy Levis hoisted the flag, and Bro Aldric gave the message of Independence Day in which he recalled the great sacrifices of the freedom fighters and highlighted our responsibility to play our role as the people of one nation.
